These Terms & Conditions cover arlawnservice.co and the client-notification text messaging program of A.R Lawn Service LLC (“ARLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They do not replace a service proposal, signed agreement, or terms presented and accepted when you book a service.
SMS Terms & Conditions: ARLS Client Notifications
Program and message types: A.R Lawn Service LLC sends non-promotional text notifications to current clients who consent to receive them. Messages relate to your existing lawn care, property maintenance, or snow removal service, such as scheduled visits, service reminders, weather delays, schedule changes, service-status updates, and important account notifications. This program does not send advertising or promotional offers.
Consent: Participation is optional. You must give permission to receive these texts; being a customer, providing a phone number, or visiting our website does not by itself enroll you. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Contact us by phone or email if you prefer another communication method.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule, weather events, account activity, and communication needs. Messages may recur while you remain subscribed.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your messaging or data charges.
Opt out: Reply STOP to a message from this program at any time to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your lawn care or snow removal service.

Your accepted service agreement governs the scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, property access, service frequency, snow-service triggers, cancellations, refunds, renewals, and other service-specific conditions. If these website terms conflict with that agreement on a service matter, the service agreement controls. This page does not create new cancellation fees, automatic renewals, or payment obligations.
