Before You Choose a Plan
Do all three plans include snow removal?
No. Snow removal and salting are included only in Whole Property Care, for November through March. Curb Appeal and Best Lawn On The Block do not include winter service.
Is this different from a seasonal snow-only agreement?
Yes. A standalone residential snow agreement is for winter service with its own seasonal payment schedule. Whole Property Care combines the listed lawn, cleanup, and snow services in a 12-month plan. We confirm the exact covered areas and winter-service limits in your proposal.
Can I choose weekly or biweekly mowing?
Both are offered, subject to the property, lawn conditions, and route availability. We confirm the mowing schedule when preparing your plan.

Residential plans are not available in Oak Brook or Hinsdale; those communities are served for commercial mowing and commercial snow removal only.
