Residential Snow Removal
Driveway snow removal and primary walkway service for homes in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. Arrange a residential plan with clear access instructions and de-icing options.
Driveway Snow Removal Planned Around Your Home
Build your residential snow plan around the access you need. Base service includes the main driveway and one walking path to the main entrance. Additional sidewalks and salt are optional add-ons. For the 2026–2027 season, service runs November 1 through March 31, with the seasonal price divided into five monthly installments. Your approved quote identifies the exact areas covered.
Availability and final scope depend on the property address, current condition, route capacity, and season. We confirm the details in your quote.
In-House Weather Monitoring.
Our team has hands-on experience tracking winter weather. We review forecast guidance and changing storm conditions in house to help plan snow-removal and salting work.
For homes, that planning supports preparation for driveway and walkway service under your snow agreement.
Forecasts can change. Service follows the trigger, scope, and conditions in your agreement.

Before You Request a Quote
These answers cover the basics. Your written quote will confirm the exact scope for your property.
Can you quote snow removal for a long driveway?
Yes. Include the driveway length, width, slope, surface, and available snow-stacking areas in your request. We review access and route capacity before confirming service or pricing.
What areas does base residential snow service include?
The main driveway and one walking path to the main entrance. Additional sidewalks, including public sidewalks, require the sidewalk add-on and must be identified in your approved quote.
Do cars need to be moved before service?
Clear access helps the crew work efficiently and reduces areas that cannot be reached. We confirm vehicle, gate, and access expectations before service begins.
Can salt or de-icing be added?
Yes. The salt add-on covers agreed areas during qualifying snow-removal visits when our team determines treatment is needed. Separate visits for ice, refreezing, or snowfall under one inch are requested and billed separately. Ice-free conditions are not guaranteed.
When will the crew come?
We automatically dispatch after approximately one inch of snow accumulation. Our target is final clearing within 12 hours after snowfall ends, not a guaranteed deadline. Severe weather and operational conditions can extend timing; longer storms may involve an opening pass and a return for final clearing.
Why are monthly payments due when it does not snow?
Payments are installments toward a seasonal price, not charges per visit. The 2026–2027 residential plan has five installments, November through March, and covers up to 40 inches of seasonal snowfall. Additional service after the cap is billed separately.
Can I request service after snow has already started?
Route customers receive priority and one-time openings are not guaranteed. Preseason enrollment is the most reliable option.
